How to order

Ordering from Garden Fonts is easy and secure.

TO ORDER ONLINE, click on the item you're interested in from the list on the home page, or from the "Price List for All Products" link. For custom printed items, we'll need your plant list. You can type your list of names one by one or paste a complete list from your word processor (there is a space provided for this on the online order page). Or,you can send us your plant list by email or as an email attachment, if you wish.

Full instructions are available when you click on the item you wish to order.

You may also send us your order by mail, fax, or email. There is an extra charge (for re-typing) if you send us your typed or handwritten list by mail or fax, but you can avoid this surcharge by emailing us your plant list, or mailing it to us on a floppy disk.

TO ORDER BY EMAIL: please include this information in your email...

1. your name and US Postal Service mailing address,

2. your plant list,

3. the size and type of label or marker you need,

4. your choice (if ordering labels) of typeface (serif or sans-serif), and your choice of standard black print on white or white print on black (extra charge applies); and

5. your complete email address and phone number

We can calculate your total amount due and either bill you or call you for your credit card information when we are ready to ship your order.

PLEASE NOTE that there is a 20 cent PER LABEL typing charge for orders sent by fax or mail (when the mailed order includes a typed or handwritten plant list). You can avoid this surcharge by mailing us your plant list on a floppy disk, by emailing it to us, or by ordering through the website.

Your personal information is secure when you order from us. We use the Yahoo! Stores server for all online transactions. Click on "Help" at the top of this page for more information from Yahoo! on security and privacy. Click on "About Us" (on the left side of this page) for information on Garden Fonts' privacy policy.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express. Transactions are processed through the Yahoo! Stores secure server, so your credit card information will not be compromised when you shop online at Garden Fonts.
